Apple Cake 苹果蛋糕

Ingredients 用料


1 cupSelf Raising Flour 面粉
65gButter (melted) 牛油
1 Egg 鸡蛋
1/3 cupSugar 白糖
1 cupApple (remove skin, cut into small cubes) 苹果
1 teaspoonCinnamon Powder
1 teaspoonBaking Powder
1 tablespoonWalnuts 核桃 (Optional) OR
2 tablespoonsRaisins 葡萄干

Method 做法
1. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl. Stir well until combined.
2. Pour mixture into a baking tin. Brush with the whisked egg yolk or melted butter or margarine.
3. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve.
